This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Public Runway ("we," "us," or "our") via our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Order Processing

1.1. All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2. If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
1.3. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 15+ business days by air, 2-3 months by sea mail. 
    2.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Restrictions

3.1. P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) may have limited shipping options.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

4.1. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been shipped.
4.2. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may be delayed.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

5.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
5.2. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us at prdtrading.info@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

6.1. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

7.1. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
7.2. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
